At Cicada, we offer a unique and intimate camping experience that brings together luxury, sustainability, and accessibility. Nestled in the Jerrara countryside just 90 minutes from Sydney, and with Kiama’s stunning beaches and town centre moments away, we are the region's first Eco Tourism unique accommodation provider.

Based on our belief that camping can be luxurious with minimal impact on our environment – you have a choice of two styles of adults-only accommodation. Our two safari-style tents enjoy a king bed, ensuite and kitchenette, outdoor bath, and all the amenities you need for a self-catered glamping experience. Our two large bell tents offer a queen bed, and access to the shared bathroom & kitchen.

All our tents enjoy their own private fire pit and deck, with breathtaking views across the iconic green rolling hills of Jerrara and Jamberoo – home to an abundance of native wildlife which can be spotted throughout the year.

Set within the beautiful remnant subtropical rainforest of the Illawarra, it will take you mere moments to exhale, let go, unwind and immerse yourself in an indulgent and natural escape, all while knowing you’ve chosen a low-carbon-footprint getaway.
